Thanks for the excellent service you provided with the high quality of thermal video imagery you recorded and the data processing thereof into a comprehensive report. The results revealed design flaws that could be eliminated as a direct outcome of the thermal analysis. The recordings and analycal tools you provided were also of great help for our records and further analyses. Unfortunately the product under test is classified and cannot be revealed.
